Board Specs
- Make / Model: Lewis DT Diamond II
- Type: Mid-Length / Performance Egg
- Dimensions: 7'3 x 21 1/2 x 2 3/4
- Bottom Contour: Rolled entry to double concave
- Fin Setup: 2 + 1
How It Rides
Rolled Entry for Smooth Paddling & Easy Takeoffs
The rolled entry helps the board settle into the water and paddle efficiently, making it easier to get into waves early. It also adds forgiveness through chop and imperfect sections—great for everyday surf.
Double Concave for Lift, Speed & Drive
As the bottom transitions into a double concave, the board generates lift and builds speed, helping you keep momentum through flatter spots while maintaining responsive rail-to-rail transitions.
2 + 1 Versatility
The 2 + 1 setup offers the best of both worlds: the center fin provides stability and flow, while the side bites add extra hold and control when you push harder through turns. Run a larger center fin for more trim and glide, or size it down for a looser, more performance-oriented feel.
Best For These Conditions
- Waist-high to overhead surf
- Beach breaks, points, and reefs
- Surfers who want earlier entry and easier speed than a shortboard
