Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be stoked on the gear you buy from Rider Shack. If something isn’t right, we do our best to help you out.
- General returns: In most cases, items must be new, unused, and in original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange. Some items may be final sale or have special conditions.
- Surfboards: Due to the nature of surfboards and shipping, boards that have been used, waxed, or damaged after delivery are generally not returnable. If a board arrives with shipping damage, please contact us immediately and document the damage so we can assist.
- Return shipping costs: Unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect, customers are typically responsible for return shipping costs. For orders that qualified for free shipping, the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
- Exchanges: If you need a different size or model, contact us and we’ll help you set up an exchange and suggest the right gear for your needs.
