Pyzel Ghost buying guide
The Ghost is Pyzel's most iconic shape — the board Jon Pyzel has refined through years of shaping for John John Florence. A rounded-pin tail gives it more hold and drive than a squash tail, making it feel connected to the wave in powerful, critical conditions.
Shape and performance
The Ghost runs as both a dedicated thruster and a 5-fin box depending on the size and year. The rounded-pin tail holds through powerful turns and drives well off the bottom — a shape that rewards surfers who can generate speed and commit to critical sections.
Ghost vs White Tiger vs Phantom
White Tiger — more volume, squash tail, 5-fin box. Most accessible for a wide range of surfers. Ghost — less volume, rounded-pin tail. More hold and drive in powerful surf. Better for consistent performance surfers. Phantom — squash tail, mid-volume between Ghost and White Tiger.
Sizing
