The Neutrino is a planing-hull performance shortboard — a shape that uses hull-inspired bottom contours to generate speed and flow differently from a standard concave shortboard. All Neutrino boards in our stock are cosmetic blem models — minor visual imperfections that don't affect performance, at a reduced price.
Cosmetic blem models
Blem boards have minor cosmetic imperfections in the finish — small colour inconsistencies, minor surface marks, or lamination aesthetics that don't affect structural integrity or surf performance. They are a smart way to get a Firewire board at a lower price.
