Firewire builds all their boards in epoxy — lighter, stronger, and more durable than traditional PU fiberglass. All Firewire boards are epoxy construction. Almost all use Futures fin boxes. Fins not included.

Firewire construction — epoxy explained

All Firewire boards use epoxy over EPS foam. Construction variants: LFT (standard), Helium (ultra-light), Volcanic (most performance-oriented with parabolic carbon frame), Timbertek (wood veneer finish). Always use epoxy resin for repairs. Browsesurfboard repair kits.

Fins for Firewire boards
